The reconsideration on HOUSE BILL NO. 420(title am) "An Act                                         
repealing certain sunset provisions relating to the use of water; and                               
providing for an effective date" was not taken up on May 15 and the                                 
bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the                                  
House for consideration.
